Our Guarantee and Terms
By checking out, you agree to the following:
True Garden only ships high-quality, strong seedlings. If your seedlings do not arrive in a healthy condition, we will replace or refund the cost of those seedlings at no charge to you, based on the number of seedlings damaged:
- 4 or more seedlings damaged: We will ship replacements, offer store credit, or refund the cost ($1 per seedling).
- 3 or fewer seedlings damaged: We will offer store credit or a refund ($1 per seedling).
Shipping
Seedlings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days), but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. If delivery takes longer than 3 days, please contact us—we’ll replace your seedlings free of charge.
We are not responsible for damage if the package is not collected promptly. Please monitor tracking and verify your shipping address. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable by USPS, no refund will be issued. If the error is on our end, we will reship at no charge.
Notifying Us of Damaged Seedlings
If your seedlings or packaging arrive damaged, email us at sales@TrueGarden.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:
- Name of each affected seedling
- Specific issue (e.g., broken stem, uprooted from rockwool)
- Your order number
- Photos of the seedlings and the shipping box (if damaged)
We will respond within 2 business days. Please note: Phone or SMS notifications are not accepted. Claims made after 48 hours will require you to reorder.
Express Processing & Shipping
- Express Processing: $10 per pack. Available after our Monday 5 PM MST cutoff. Must call 480-305-8985 before Noon MST Tuesday to confirm availability.
- Express Shipping: $25. Available only on 16–20 pack sizes. Call before selecting this option.
CSA Agreement
A regular CSA share is $160 for an 8-week subscription. Each week, you’ll receive a mix of vegetables and herbs depending on seasonal availability.
- True Garden may withhold your share if payment is not received.
- You are responsible for picking up your share on time; we cannot guarantee quality after the pickup window.
- Missed pickups will be donated to charity.
- No refunds are available, but you may cancel your membership at any time.
