True Garden Replacement & Refund Policy
At True Garden, we take pride in delivering beautiful, 100% organic seedlings in excellent condition, right to your door. We ship all seedlings via FedEx 2nd Day to ensure they arrive fresh and healthy.
Please note: We’re shipping live plants, not shoes. That means extra care is needed once your order arrives. True Garden is not responsible for any damage that occurs if your package is not promptly collected from your mailbox, front porch, post office, or drop-off location. We strongly recommend using a physical address (not a P.O. Box) for reliable delivery.
Temperature & Weather Conditions
We do not guarantee live arrival if seedlings are exposed to extreme heat or cold during shipping. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships—please monitor it closely and bring your package inside immediately upon delivery, especially in hot or freezing weather.
When Your Seedlings Arrive
- Open the box right away and remove the plastic clamshell.
- Inspect the seedlings immediately while rinsing them under cool water.
- If any seedlings arrive unhealthy or damaged, email us at Support@truegarden.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos.
What Qualifies as “Damaged”
Seedlings are considered damaged if they are:
- Wilted beyond recovery
- Broken or crushed
- Clearly non-viable
Note: Cosmetic flaws or minor shipping stress do not qualify as damage. Most seedlings bounce back quickly once planted.
Refund & Replacement Terms
- If six (6) or more seedlings are damaged, we’ll replace them at no cost.
- If five (5) or fewer seedlings are damaged, we’ll issue a store credit toward your next purchase.
If You Can’t Plant Right Away
- Keep seedlings upright
- Place them under grow lights or in morning sunlight
- Keep them damp until you can plant them
Shipping Issues & Address Errors
True Garden is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier inability to deliver.
If a package is returned due to an address error, we’ll reship the order once at no charge, provided you notify us within 7 days of the original ship date. Additional reshipments may incur a fee.
Ancillary & Supply Items
Items like nutrients, tools, and grow supplies are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and may have separate shipping fees calculated at checkout.
If an ancillary item arrives damaged, please contact us at 480-305-8985 or Support@truegarden.com — we’ll replace it at no charge.
If you change your mind about an item, you may return it at your own cost for a refund. Please notify us first so we can process your return and issue your credit promptly.
Final Note
Our replacement and refund policy is designed to be fair and generous, but we reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests at our discretion.
