Shipping FAQs
Shipping is calculated based on the number of seedlings** ordered. Due to the rising cost of shipping we are requiring a minimum order of 12 seedlings.
- Less than 12 seedlings – $18.50
- 12 seedlings – $16.70
- 13-24 seedlings – $20.90
- 25-36 seedlings – $25.10
- 37-48 seedlings – $31.30
**ANCILLARY ITEMS AND SUPPLIES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
We currently ship to all 50 states. Yes, this includes Hawaii & Alaska.
Seedlings may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx which takes between 1-3 days. To find the exact number of days visit the USPS Priority Mail Map and enter 85205 as the originating Zipcode.
We ship live plants, not a pair of shoes and True Garden is not responsible for damages caused if you fail to collect them from your mailbox, the Post Office etc. It is your responsibility to periodically track the package so that you can arrange for a timely pick up once it has been delivered. True Garden is not responsible for damages caused because the shipping address is incorrect or if USPS or FedEx does not deliver to it. If a package is not delivered, or is returned to us due to an addressing error we will reship the order one time without cost to you at your request providing we are notified within one week of shipping. No refunds will be provided regarding addressing errors after the order is initially shipped.
